  • Improved Approval Visibility: Approval entries now appear directly in Purchase Quotes for clearer oversight. 
  • Enhanced Purchase Invoice Lists: Posting descriptions now display in list views to speed up review and reconciliation. 

These updates strengthen governance, improve audit readiness, and reduce the risk of overspend. 

October 2025 – App v36.0 

  • New Vendor Request Automation: Teams users can create vendor requests that automatically route for approval, trigger vendor creation, and notify requesters once complete. 
  • Live Dashboard Tiles: Track vendor requests in real time. 

This replaces manual data entry with a fully automated workflow – improving both accuracy and accountability. 

September 2025 – App v34.0 

  • Budget Field in Chart of Accounts: A live budget column linked to the current indicator. 
  • Vendor Approval Controls: Automatically prevent PO creation until a vendor has been approved. 
  • Automated Quote-to-Order Conversion: Processes now run via job queues, reducing repetitive manual work.
