Training credits are a core part of The CloudyIT Advantage, our commitment to helping councils get lasting value from their technology. For CloudyIT customers, annual training credits are included as standard. That means ongoing digital skills, stronger cyber awareness and greater confidence across your team, without additional budgeting conversations.

You can still purchase training credit bundles and access the same council-focused training programme.

Training Credits

Free annual training credits

CloudyIT clients automatically receive annual training credits through the CloudyIT Advantage.

Credits are:

  • Renewed annually
  • Allocated in tiers based on council size and duration of commitment
  • Flexible across digital skills and cyber security training

TRAINING CREDITS

How the credit system works

Each council is allocated a set number of credits per year. 

1 credit = 1 training session 

Credit levels are based on the number of staff users (councillors are not included in tier calculations). 

Councils choosing a 3-year or 5-year CloudyIT Advantage commitment receive double the annual training credits for the duration of the agreement.
