We believe that business should be measured by both financial and social value. 

In 2020 we achieved an independently assessed Silver CSR Accreditation from CSR-Accredited Ltd (CSR-A). Since then, we have built a partnership with CSR-A that means we are able to help other organisations to use technology to address structural issues in the socially responsible domain and help them to develop and enhance their capabilities to achieve accreditation too.

As well as the CSR work we do within our workplace and for the environment, we support local charities and events outside of our work to benefit the community and the surrounding area. Our socially responsible work with Cloudy Foundation on programmes like the Enterprise Academy alongside education and business partners, has been recognised by the Careers and Enterprise Company (CEC) as an inspiring initiative to help prepare young people for the digital workplace, and we are proud to have been awarded the CEC’s Small Employer of the Year 2019.
