Council Modernisation Training Day

We had a great day talking passionately about the Modern Workplace and the Council Clerks and councillors who attended really enjoyed it too. Our training day helped councils who aren’t currently using Microsoft 365 see the benefit in switching over to the service, and Councils who are already using Microsoft 365 gained a greater understanding of the services available to them through the subscriptions they already pay for.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”25px”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”2/3″ css=”.vc_custom_1551099803088{padding-right: 20px !important;}”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1551099973179{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]We included key information and talked about the benefits that The Microsoft 365 Modern Work place can bring, including;

• Microsoft Forms – Collect and read data for making better decisions
• Microsoft Power Apps – Create applications from a mobile phone to help with day to day services
• Website management & Hosting – Demonstrating benefits of our easy to use platform designed for councils

We also talked about how bookings for village halls can now be an automated process, how they will save Money (by going paperless) and Remain Compliant with GDPR Standards (using Azure Information Protection). The training day also helped to give clerks an idea of how we can tailor their Microsoft 365 experience to suit the needs of their council. They were also impressed at how they can protect their data at a click of a button using Asure Information Protection.
