Our Sector Digital Champions network supports councils in adopting digital tools with confidence. Bringing real-world expertise, they offer tailored guidance, peer support, and training to help councils navigate digital transformation effectively. 

As part of our Digital Skills Team, Susan Austin provides the Meet the Trainer service, helping councils identify their training needs and connect with the right learning resources.  You can also meet with Matthew Turnbull who leads the Digital Ambassadors Scheme, supporting individuals who want to drive digital adoption within their councils.
