EDUCATION & TRAINING FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT

Digital Skills Training with CloudyIT

At CloudyIT, we help councils get more from the systems they already use—maximising value, improving efficiency, and avoiding unnecessary costs.

That’s why our Digital Skills Team exists: to support your council in using Microsoft 365 and other tools more effectively, solving common frustrations, and building long-term digital confidence. Whether it's improving file management, making meetings run more smoothly, or exploring underused features, we’re here to help you work smarter with the tech you already have.

CloudyIT has developed a short questionnaire to assess your council staff's everyday confidence when using Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel,  to reveal strengths, productivity barriers, and priority areas for developing digital skills.
